Today we get an up close look at the first recorded healing miracle in the Book of Acts. In the details of the story we learn of an anonymous lame beggar who is more than 40 years old. Everyday he is carried to a spot outside the temple gate to ask for alms or charity from the passers by. Everyday the same for 40 years. The same disability, the same hopelessness, the same impossible situation facing hims since birth. But this day was going to be different. There came a day that changed everything.
