The Kingdom of God Series – The Clashing Kingdoms, July 4, 2021

There is an inevitable clash of kingdoms when we make our decision to follow Christ.  The Apostle Paul wrote we move from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of His marvelous light.  That moving from the dark kingdom to God’s Kingdom is a transferring of allegiance which immediately puts us at odds with the enemy.  After Jesus’ baptism, Holy Spirit led Him into the wilderness to be tested by the enemy.  With this clashing of the kingdoms, Jesus gave us a perfect example of being tested and tempted and how we can victoriously overcome.
