The Power of Pentecost, May 23, 2021

From the inception of our church to modern day, the Power of Pentecost is still relevant today.  Charles Parham was called the Father of Pentecost and was instrumental to the beginning of Cornerstone.  William Seymour was called the “Catalyst of Pentecost” and out of his hunger for God, he discovered the Power of Pentecost.   Parham and Seymour met in Houston, TX where Parham was leading a great revival and eventually went to Azuza street from where the great revival of the 1900’s originated, and out of it, our denomination was born.  In the 1940’s men of the Charles Parham Houston revival were called to Brenham and our own church was born.  Today, the Lord is still looking for people who desire to seek Him with all their heart and be the next catalyst to ignite the Power of Pentecost!  He wants to use you to start the next Great Awakening!
