Letting go of the Ashes of the Past, February 20, 2022

Isaiah 61:3 says, “He will give us beauty for Ashes!”  Rise up out of the ashes of shame, regret, disappointment and lost dreams.  Lay it all down and let the Lord give you Beauty for Ashes!  When Isaiah writes the words “beauty for ashes,” he uses the Hebrew language that cannot be translated into English.  Beauty used here refers to a headdress, turban, or tiara.  God is stating that he is going to wipe out the ashes upon your head and replace it with a beautiful Headdress.  It is literally a Headdress upon your mind to give you a new way of processing and seeing the Truth of all God wants you to walk in!  Today is a new day to walk in all God has for you!
